Refunds/Reships
Refunds/reships are handled on a case by case basis. No refunds/reships will be issued if the tracking number shows delivered.
I am not responsible for stolen mail. Make sure your address is safe and you are using the name that matches the rest of the mail coming to that address.
I will offer a full reship if I made an error that caused the package to not be delivered/RTS.
-Seizures-
Seized orders can receive a full refund or a full reship (to a new address). Your choice
-Refunds-
Refunds will only be given if I am out of the product that the buyer ordered.
-Shipping-
We Ship 5 days a week. Saturday is optional for my worker so its not a guarantee that anything will ship on saturdays. Sunday is the day of rest so no business will be handled until the following monday.
-RTS-
Resulting from your lack of ability to provide the correct address and name associated with it, you will not be refunded or reshiped.
-Tracking-
numbers are provided only in DISPUTES. I will on the other hand check them for you after 7 business days after marked shipped.

Please format your order notes as follows, using your USPS verified address
*Warning: You MUST use the real name that matches the rest of the mail going to your address. Using a fake name can cause a Return To Sender. No reship/refund will be issued in the case of a RTS due to using a fake name.
